Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Partnerships, the Development Manager plays a critical role in revenue generation through signature fundraising events, individual giving, and corporate partnerships. • Assist with smaller cultivation and fundraising events, such as workplace-based engagements and Big For A Day events, to deepen donor and partner engagement.

Individual Giving

  • Assist in identifying, cultivating, and engaging new corporate prospects aligned with BBBSNCA's mission and fundraising goals.

Donor Stewardship & Communications

  • Assist with development-related content for web pages, newsletters, and social media to promote giving, event participation, and corporate engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or event management.
  • Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, relationship management, and event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends and attend local events as needed.
