Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full- Time Digital Content Specialist tojoin our team.

Wage Range: $28.81 - $45.01
* The range above allows our employees roomfor growth through annual merit and other pay increases based on performance. The target pay range for this position is typically within the first halfof the range.  Compensation decisions are determined using factors such asrelevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individualqualifications.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Develops andpublishes digital content that strengthens the Credit Union's brandand supports key organizational initiatives. The position captures photographyand video to showcase products, services, employees, community involvement, andworkplace culture across social media and other digital channels.Evaluates performance metrics, optimizes engagement, and recommends new ideasto enhance the organization's digital presence.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

        Develops andproduces digital content (e.g., graphics, short-form video,photography, and written copy) tailored to the appropriate platform andaudience.

        Plans, schedules, and publishes contentacross the Credit Union's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, TikTok) to support organizational priorities, community events,seasonal campaigns, and other key initiatives.

        Maintains digital lobby screens,including content management and functionality; coordinates issue resolution asneeded.

        Identifies opportunities to showcase theCredit Union's products, services, people, and community impact across socialmedia and other digital channels.

        Captures photography and video at CreditUnion, employee, and community events for use across socialmedia, digital communications, and future marketing initiatives.

        Monitors the Credit Union's social mediaplatforms by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and other interactions,or routing inquiries to the appropriate department when needed.

        Analyzes social mediaand digital performance metrics to measure effectiveness andrecommend opportunities to improve engagement and overall performance.

        Supports digital advertisinginitiatives through campaign monitoring, optimization, and coordination withexternal marketing partners.

        Researches emerging social media trends,platform updates, best practices, and new technologies to informfuture digital content strategies.

        Collaborates with other Marketing andCommunity Development staff and internal departments to support organizationalpriorities through digital communications.

        Provides backup support for other Marketingstaff by assuming delegated responsibilities during absences or as departmentneeds arise.

        Maintains a strong working knowledge of allCredit Union products and services.

        Other duties as assigned.

        Dependability - The individual isconsistently at work and on time (except for those cases protected by law whichare outlined in the Employee Guide), follows instructions, responds toManagement direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.

        Observes Policies/Procedures - Theindividual sets an example by observing (following) Credit Union policies andapplicable Standard Operating Procedures, as well as those in the EmployeeGuide.

        Work Hours - Will occasionally vary fromregular office hours due to the nature and needs of this position. Must beflexible, as certain assignments may require early morning, evening, overnight,and/or weekend hours.

        Travel - The individual must be comfortabledriving a Credit Union automobile, have access to a personal automobile, avalid driver's license with a good driving record, and adequate automobilerelated insurance. Must be able to travel between services centers andcommunities on a regular basis. Credit Union automobiles are preferred fortravel; however, a personal automobile may be needed in rare instances.

        Physical Requirements - The individual mustbe able to gather, pack, load/unload, and set up related materials up to 50pounds at presentation sites and events. Must be able to read computer screensfor extended periods of time and have finger/hand dexterity for keyboarding andthe operation of all other office machinery. Must be able to sit or stand forextended periods of time as needed and have the physical ability to climbstairs and/or walk a distance.

        Image - The individual must display apositive and professional image.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Possess high school diploma or equivalent


Education/Experience- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a relatedfield preferred. Three to five years of related experience in social media,digital marketing, or content creation preferred.

Licensing/Certification- Achieve appropriate financial education certification within 12 months ofemployment.
