We are expanding into entirely new markets for Professional Audio Technology, and we're looking for Business Development Managers who are willing to challenge conventional thinking and redefine how business gets done. You will identify untapped industries, create demand from the ground up, and introduce world-class audio solutions into markets such as Houses of Worship.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in professional sales with proven sales results.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive base salary of $65,000-$75,000, along with unlimited commission potential designed to reward high performance. Our Business Development team has the opportunity to directly impact their earnings through business growth and results. At 100% attainment, on-target earnings (OTE) range from $130,000-$150,000, with the potential to earn significantly more for those who exceed their goals. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company's 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
