Job description

Who We Are

At Inverto North America, we're shaping the future of procurement and supply chain, and we're doing it with ambition, pace, and purpose. Backed by BCG and driven by our own entrepreneurial spirit, we work globally with market-leading clients to deliver strategies that make businesses stronger.
Our people are at the heart of that impact. We're experts in our field, and we don't stand still. We grow our capabilities, expand our offering, and scale our global presence together. Our success opens new doors for everyone here, and we make sure that growth is shared. Over the last few years, we've made big investments in our ability to bring digital and AI-based tools to our clients, including a center of excellence focused on the Digital, Data & AI topic.
As we build and expand our existing team of Digital, Data & AI experts, we're looking for individuals who bring data, digital tools, and AI methods into real consulting projects that create measurable value in procurement and supply chain management. If you want to make a tangible difference, build lasting client relationships, and shape what comes next - we'd love to have you with us.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager in Digital, Data, and AI, you won't just gather insights - you'll turn them into action. You'll actively work with clients to implement our digital and AI-based solutions in real world contexts to help clients unlock value and shape their technological future.

You won't just execute - you'll shape direction. You'll lead stakeholder conversations, translate workshop insights into clear sourcing strategies, and deliver recommendations that enable confident, business-critical decisions.

As part of a fast-growing practice and an even faster-growing center of excellence, you'll have the space to shape your journey. Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise, explore new industries, or take the next step in your consulting career, we'll support you with tailored development and real responsibility.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, grow with purpose, and shape what's next - alongside a team that shares your drive.

As part of a high-growth company, with accelerated opportunities you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and deliver strategic Data & AI engagements. Own end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects across procurement and supply chain use cases. Oversee workstreams involving data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI applications. Manage complex stakeholder environments, guide delivery teams, and ensure outcomes are aligned with client objectives.
  • Engage with digital, IT, and business leadership. Prepare and lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops. Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
  • Turn data into decisions. Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions - ranging from data pipelines and dashboards to predictive models and AI-enabled tools. Synthesize insights from large, complex datasets and build robust, data-backed business cases to support transformation initiatives.
  • Shape the evolution of Data Analytics & AI. Drive the development of new digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions. Contribute innovative ideas on how emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, automation, advanced analytics) can create value in procurement and supply chain.
  • Contribute to winning new work. Play a key role in business development by contributing to proposals, client pitches, and opportunity assessments. Bring subject-matter expertise in data, analytics, and AI to shape compelling go-to-market narratives and tailored client solutions.
  • Support and scale expertise. Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members. Lead project teams, provide guidance on technical and analytical approaches, and ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across engagements.
  • Build and maintain knowledge assets. Lead the creation and refinement of internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices. Strengthen the firm's data and AI knowledge base to enable faster, insight-driven decision making.
  • Shape our internal community. Take ownership of roles within the Data, Analytics & AI community - supporting recruitment, capability building, training initiatives, and the continued growth of the practice.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, with a strong track record of delivering client-facing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Master's preferred) in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive project outcomes in data and analytics contexts.
  • Strong experience working with data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel), combined with hands-on expertise in Python for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and/or modern data ecosystems.
  • Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems, or workflow orchestration tools) and their business applications.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems-particularly in procurement and supply chain-into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
  • Business-fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and team development.
  • Consulting mindset and behaviors: independence, structured thinking, clear communication of insights, and the confidence to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. At times, this role will require significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.
  • An authentic, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through team collaboration.

Who You'll Work With

  • Talented, highly driven colleagues with deep expertise in procurement, tech sourcing, and related fields.
  • Entrepreneurial thinkers with a strong growth mindset and passion for procurement and supply chain.
  • Teammates who bring energy, focus, and real-world value-creation experience.
  • Authentic, collaborative people who elevate the team and support each other to succeed.
