What You'll Do
  • Perform meticulous quality assurance checks on content templates, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring adherence to publishing standards, metadata accuracy, and accessibility guidelines before content ingestion.
  • Publish and maintain digital content within the content management system, strictly following established workflows and release requirements.
  • Support bulk content ingestion workflows for both English and localized versions, coordinating seamlessly with content, design, and localization teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, tracking systems, status updates, and audit trails for all publishing activities.
  • Identify repetitive or error-prone content operations and translate them into clear recommendations for automation requirements and maintainable workflows.
  • Develop, test, document, and maintain scripts and lightweight tools using scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution development, troubleshoot issues, and enhance documentation.
  • Consolidate existing scripts into simple, reliable end-to-end tools, striving for one-click workflows where feasible.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reporting solutions to provide visibility into publishing workstreams, throughput, quality metrics, and potential blockers.
  • Develop clear process documentation, user guidance, and support materials to ensure automated solutions are widely adopted and easily maintained by the broader team.
  • Strategically balance automation with appropriate human review, ensuring that solutions enhance efficiency without compromising content quality or publishing controls.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, content management, production, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise with leading productivity suite applications, particularly document, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Hands-on experience using a content management or publishing platform to prepare, publish, update, and maintain digital content.
  • Strong understanding of content publishing lifecycles, including intake, metadata preparation, quality assurance, localization, ingestion, release, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience automating workflows with Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to create scripts or automated solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven experience performing structured quality assurance against defined requirements or checklists.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple publishing and automation priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams, proactively surface risks and dependencies, and translate operational needs into clear strategic recommendations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with APIs, Git-based workflows, command-line tools, or dashboard and reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing batch-processing tools, validation frameworks, or internal utilities for content or quality operations.
