Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Coordinator to support the publishing and quality assurance of website content. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing content within a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accessibility compliance, optimizing content for search engines, and maintaining high-quality web experiences.

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and experience working with website content, metadata, SEO, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5+ years of website content management experience.
  • Experience with IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and metadata management.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
