Job description

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our automotive dealerships to life across digital platforms. This role will work closely with our marketing team and individual dealerships to develop engaging, on-brand visual content that supports sales, promotions, inventory, community involvement, and overall dealership branding.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands what performs well on social media, and can take a concept or dealership initiative and turn it into compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with individual dealerships and the corporate marketing team to identify content needs and develop creative solutions.
  • Create high-quality still graphics and digital content for social media, dealership websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Develop graphics for vehicle promotions, sales events, special offers, dealership announcements, employee spotlights, community events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across multiple dealership locations while adapting content to each dealership's individual identity and audience.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership, sales teams, and marketing staff to understand promotional priorities and translate them into engaging visual content.
  • Help develop and maintain content calendars and ensure graphics are created and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging content styles.
  • Assist with website content and visual updates as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital creative assets, templates, logos, photos, and other marketing materials.
  • Take creative direction while also bringing original ideas and concepts to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with graphic design and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for composition, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to create professional, engaging graphics while working within established brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple dealership locations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive, dealership, retail, or multi-location marketing experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous creative work may be requested.
