Job description

Company Description

Who we are: Inbound Marketing Agents is a digital marketing agency located in Cannery Row in downtown Nashville. We specialize in inbound marketing, SEO, social media and website development for B2B and B2C clients in a variety of industries and locations.

We love Nashville, having fun, and driving results for our clients. We are a small boutique agency, a Platinum HubSpot Partner, and we have a really cool office and great benefits (health, dental, 401K, flexible hours, free beer, free parking, free snacks).

Job Description

What we need: IMA has an immediate need for two (2) full-time Marketing Associates to drive community growth, increase website traffic and generate sales leads for our company and our clients.

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will assist in the development and implementation of a full range of communications and digital marketing strategies for lead generation, customer conversion and community growth.

The ideal candidate will have an "ownership mentality" when it comes to his or her work. This position offers plenty of additional opportunities in related projects and activities, as well as tremendous room for personal and professional growth across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing  to develop strategies and execute tactics to attract visitors, generate leads, and convert customers to drive revenue for clients.
  • Support IMA team efforts to produce high-quality short, medium and long-form content that incorporates best practices for digital use across multiple platforms.
  • Incorporate best practices in lead generation, social media marketing and SEO to generate more visitors and leads
  • Proactively bring ideas for list-building, lead generation, community building, advertising email marketing to convert visitors into leads (and, ultimately, customers) for our clients.
  • Foster relationships with outside influencers and external vendors/partners.
  • Participate in IMA department ideation sessions, marketing plan preparation and presentations, contribute to recap reports and attend general project status meetings.
  • Measure and report performance of contributions to digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Report results to the Director of Marketing and identify opportunities to increase growth in metrics.
  • Manage multiple projects for multiple clients on an on-going basis and be prepared to meet aggressive project deadlines.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Local to Nashville. This is not a remote position.

  • Video creation and/or editing skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • HubSpot, Marketo or similar marketing automation tool

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position based on experience with optional benefits, such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), casual work environment and flexible hours.
