As the local expert in automation and digital transformation, you plan and organize cross-functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs. You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation.
    • In collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help develop and execute the local automation and digitalization agenda and lead initiatives according to agreed priorities. You will help deploy capital projects, ensuring they stay on budget, with senior supply chain leaders. In addition, you will work with local engineering teams with automation and digitalization projects and topics, monitor project progress during project development and participate in optimization efforts, incorporating feedback learnings for general adaptation for other engineering teams. You will also participate in a digital community of practice, contributing to your expertise. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate your knowledge of your technological area of expertise and develop more in-depth technical knowledge and demonstrate your highly refined influencing and presentation skills.

    • What extra ingredients you will bring:
      The Cluster Automation & Controls Lead is responsible for manufacturing automation systems and cybersecurity in terms of maintaining a constant high level of system reliability. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. He/ she will be actively applying Mondelez Global Automation and Information Systems standards and procedures and is responsible for the ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and long-term activities including financial planning to migrate obsolete systems into current supported hardware and software. He /she will actively support automation driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration.
      Job specific requirements:
      • Develops, aligns and executes site roadmaps for Automation upgrades and Digital Manufacturing Transformation.
      • Responsible for the following OTN (Operations Technology Network) Automation and controls systems for cluster plants.
      • Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and fully utilize new automation and digital solutions that provide strong benefits for the cluster.
      • Execute Project Management responsibilities for the Capital projects as part of the Automation and Digital Manufacturing Transformation.
      • Owns benefit and saving tracking among project progression. Day to Day Op's/Project Management, responsible for following all aspects of OTN based automation & control systems for cluster plants.
      • Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant cluster following MINT standards
      • Ensures site is in compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT) and cyber security Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, OTN infrastructure incl delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and OTN components).Issue escalation points for Automation, OTN Automation Infrastructure/cyber security development cluster budgets, management, including support, maintenance & lifecycle management. Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements.
      • Owns the continuity plan including disaster recovery of OTN systems, ensuring alignment between local BCP and enterprise recovery procedures, regarding OTN Automation systems.
      • Collaborate with Cluster MDS lead and Plant Champion (Plant Maintenance Automation lead).
      • Develops capability for cybersecurity and automation within the Cluster.
      • Stakeholder management - focusing on optimization user compliance, process performance and customer satisfaction.Ownership of Control & Information Systems (PC&IS). Ownership of the digitalization roadmap and tools implementation to increase the Digital Maturity Index in the site, considering 1) Computerization, 2) Connectivity, 3) Visibility, 4) Transparency, 5) Predictive capacity, 6) Adaptability.
      • Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas.
      • Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications.

      Job Requirements:
      10 Years of Automation and Project Management Experience.
      Education Requirements: Minimum - bachelor's degree in engineering.
