Job Description

The Laundry Care Senior Digital Design Manager is a strategic, hands-on Design leader responsible for shaping digital experiences across the full Fabric Enhancers (FE) portfolio of brands (Downy, Unstopables, and Bounce). This role sets the vision for digital and social ecosystems and collaborates closely with a cross-functional Performance Marketing team to drive traffic, elevate digital shelf superiority, and optimize conversions.

In conjunction with the Design Director, you will help define the brand identity visions, establish product architectures, and lead end-to-end design across packaging, retail, and the full digital ecosystems.

What You'll Do

FE Digital Design responsibilities:

  • Define digital shelf and social strategies across FE brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing conversion and scaling standout, repeatable content.
  • Lead and develop engaging, platform-native content for organic and paid social (TikTok and Meta) to drive traffic to digital commerce, build trust, and foster community engagement.
  • Optimize branded content for digital commerce channels to drive conversation and sales (Walmart, Amazon, Target, Sam's Club)
  • Facilitate Design Sprints to solve some of FE's biggest challenges.
  • Respond to cultural moments, trends, and brand priorities with speed and creativity incorporating them into strategy
  • Ensure brand voice, visual standards, and quality are maintained across all outputs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work at a fast and reliable pace
  • Facilitate design reviews and audits of key DCOM customer and social channels and offer recommended optimization and enhancements
  • Lead the design strategy for monthly social traffic plans, ensuring alignment with each brand's unique identity.
  • Generate and iterate using AI-powered tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana) for ideation and execution
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, resource allocation, and overall progress

Bounce Designresponsibilities:

  • Set the strategic design direction for brand identity, visual ID guidelines, and design superiority across all touchpoints.
  • Lead packaging design that reinforces brand identity.
  • Identify opportunities for standout creative ideas that can scale into larger campaigns or repeatable content formats.
  • Own projects from concept to delivery, iterating based on feedback, testing and performance data.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating clear design experience (brand expression, digital, strategy and execution) with solid hands-on design mastery. Digital experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in Design and Brand Identity
  • Exceptional strategic design thinking and vision-setting abilities.
  • Experience leading Design Sprints and Design thinking, with demonstrated ability to lead teams in best practices.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, capable of guiding and inspiring other creatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex design strategies and provide clear feedback.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to digital design and prototyping (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation, design workflows, and content development
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly adopt new technologies, platforms, and creative methods
