About the Role:
IMS Printing & Signs in Littleton, CO is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with some graphic design experience and digital press experience  to join our dynamic print and signage team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital printing projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, creative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end digital printing and signage projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to align workflows and meet deadlines
  • Review and approve print-ready files, proofs, and artwork for accuracy and quality standards
  • Prepare project estimates, timelines, and production schedules
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Track job orders and maintain accurate project documentation using project management tools
  • Run digital presses as required
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a printing or sign company (no exceptions) 
  • Familiarity with digital printing processes, wide-format printing, and signage production
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and/or print MIS platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret design files and print specifications
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
  • Some experience with the Adobe Creative Suite 
Print Production Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with small-format digital printing
  • Working knowledge of paper stocks, weights, and coatings — and how each performs on press
  • Familiarity with bindery and finishing options (folding, scoring, binding, laminating, die cutting)
File Handling & Software

  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on a Mac platform
  • Ability to preflight incoming files and make corrections so they're print-ready
  • Graphic design experience is a strong plus — this is not a design position, but design fluency helps you catch problems before they reach production
Organization & Workflow

  • Experience with project management, order processing, and pricing
  • Comfortable managing several jobs at once without losing track of details
  • Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines
Customer Service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-first approach: clear updates, quick responses, and consistent follow-through
