Job description

This position is an on-site role based in our North Canton, Ohio office. Our campus offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including a cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee café, and a gym for employees and outside walking path.
Summary
The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist supports recruitment, business development, and corporate communications through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role develops engaging content, manages organic social media channels, analyzes campaign performance, monitors brand reputation, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. The position serves as a key partner to Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, and external agency partners.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across recruiting and business development channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, job boards, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities that improve engagement, conversion, hiring outcomes, and marketing ROI.
  • Create and manage compelling digital content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, employee stories, testimonials, blogs, and other brand-building communications.
  • Manage corporate and recruiting social media channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar and fostering positive audience engagement.
  • Monitor online conversations and social engagement, escalating service, recruiting, or reputation-related concerns when appropriate.
  • Support employer branding, employee advocacy, and corporate storytelling initiatives.
  • Assist with website content, SEO optimization, lead generation efforts, and CRM-based marketing initiatives.
  • Produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that inform marketing and recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging standards across all digital channels and communications.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating and managing business-focused social media content and campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
  • Experience creating digital graphics using Canva.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to interpret marketing analytics and translate data into recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
