Digital Banking Solutions Administrator


Starting Pay: $36.00-$41.00 per hour, depending on experience

Redwood Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Digital Banking Solutions Administrator to join our team. This position serves as the Bank's primary resource for digital banking products and services, helping ensure our consumer and commercial digital banking platforms remain secure, reliable, and customer-focused.

Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and departments across the Bank, you'll help administer and enhance our digital banking systems, treasury management services, and related technologies while delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and employees.

What You'll Do

You'll oversee the administration of our consumer and commercial digital banking platforms, coordinate system upgrades and vendor relationships, support treasury management services, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve our digital banking products and processes. You'll also collaborate with teams across the Bank to implement new technology, support regulatory compliance, and provide training and guidance on digital banking services.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in banking, digital banking, treasury management, financial technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and learning new technology. Experience with digital banking platforms, treasury management services, vendor management, and NACHA operating rules is preferred.
