This is a role with real ownership from day one and a clear path to grow. If you're 3-5 years into your marketing career, you love building things, and you want to work in an environment where your output is visible and your impact is measurable, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own advisor website development end to end, from new builds and redesigns to ongoing updates and content refreshes, ensuring every site is on-brand, compliant, and built to convert.
  • Use Figma and Canva templates to develop high-quality marketing and design assets, including social posts, digital graphics, presentations and advisor-facing materials.
  • Track ad campaign performance and translate analytics into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns, including developing campaigns, working with design to develop creative, and setting up email journeys.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for advisor websites, pitch decks, client communications, and marketing materials.
  • Work with advisors to define and articulate their value proposition, positioning, and target audience.
  • Create client-facing assets including PDFs, newsletters, and video scripts for both prospect and client audiences.
  • Build and refine presentation decks that translate complex investment ideas into visually engaging narratives.
  • Ensure all materials meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain tracking dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign and marketing performance.
  • Work independently across a range of projects, exercising sound judgment and flagging issues proactively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience focused on client management in the wealth management industry, gained either on the client side or within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in leading digital and social content initiatives, supported by strong writing and creative skills; design experience is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, along with strong project and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including gathering stakeholder input, coordinating reviews, and delivering high-quality, on-brand outputs within deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Passionate about communications and problem-solving, with a proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset focused on continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
