Job description

SUMMARY

The Digital & Social Analytics Associate will be responsible for supporting the tagging, tracking, reporting and optimizing of content created for Patriots.com, Patriots Mobile App, Patriots social media, GilletteStadium.com, Gillette Stadium social media, and other digital channels across Kraft Sports + Entertainment. The position will also assist with the management of digital and social inventory to help optimize value for external partners and in-house brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Create regular reports to in-house stakeholders and external partners, leveraging data from Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Emplifi, Google Ads, Chartable, iTunes, and other analytics platforms
  2. Tag social posts daily to contribute to analytics reports
  3. Support Digital Marketing team in creation and tracking of campaigns for sponsors and in-house brands
  4. Support fulfillment of sponsor commitments and internal campaign needs across digital and social platforms
  5. Evaluate KPIs in search of meaningful insights to help improve future platform and campaign performance
  6. Provide project management support for organizational marketing initiatives
  7. Consume sports and marketing content across other teams, leagues and brands
  8. Special assignments and projects as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related (or in pursuance of)
  • 0-2 years of professional experience required.
  • Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, software and applications
  • Quantitative interests (background in Analytics, Accounting, Marketing or similar)
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and their analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity
  • Flexibility in working quickly and efficiently under pressure to handle shifting priorities
  • Detail and results oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
