Digital Applications Specialist (On-Site)
AllSouth Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Digital Applications Specialist to join the Digital Services Team. The Digital Applications Specialist works closely with technology vendors, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to implement new solutions, troubleshoot issues, enhance the member experience, and protect against fraud and cybersecurity risks.
Primary Responsibilities: Assist with supporting and enhancing the Credit Union's digital banking platforms, including online banking, mobile banking, account alerts, and other member-facing digital solutions. Assist team with monitoring member feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct testing of new features, system updates, and enhancements; document results; and assist with implementation efforts to ensure a seamless member experience. Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while maintaining the effectiveness of digital banking services. Assist with providing operational support, maintaining documentation, and contributing to initiatives that improve digital adoption, functionality, and member satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • One (1) year of member service experience working with a core database system, preferably in a financial institution (Fiserv, DNA system experience preferred).

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
