  • Contract Timing : Contractor to start as early as June 2026 and work through March 2027, potential extensions and to convert as perm
  • Time Zone : Contractor to work from 6AM ET to 2:30PM ET. (The contractor''s co-worker is based in India and manager is based in Maryland.)

Title: Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian to temporary support our Global DAM program to enable consistent, compliant, and scalable management of digital content across markets and brands. This role plays a critical part in governing asset workflows, metadata standards, and rights management to ensure our global teams can efficiently access and leverage approved content. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen operational excellence and drive adoption of best-in-class DAM practices worldwide.
Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee asset ingestion workflows, validating file formats, file naming, metadata completeness, brand alignment, and compliance.
  2. Conduct quality control reviews and enforce governance policies to maintain brand consistency, legal compliance, and audit readiness.
  3. Manage digital rights, licensing, usage restrictions, version control, and asset lifecycle processes, including archival protocols.
  4. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption and adherence to global DAM standards and best practices.
  5. Support migrations, bulk uploads, system enhancements, and change management initiatives to ensure seamless evolution of the Global DAM ecosystem.

Qualities / Skills:

  1. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on metadata accuracy, brand compliance, and digital asset integrity.
  1. Analytical and process-driven, with the ability to interpret data, optimize workflows, and support scalable DAM governance.
  2. Proactive and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities and navigate evolving systems and global stakeholder needs.
  3. Customer-focused and accountable, with a commitment to high-quality user support, training, and responsible management of enterprise content assets.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) librarian or content governance role.
  5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage large datasets, perform data analysis, and audits.
