Trident Consulting is seeking a "Digital Analytics Analyst " for one of our clients (REMOTE)", a global leader in cybersecurity technology.
Job Title: Digital Analytics Analyst
Location: US Remote, ideally CST or EST
Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $60-65/hr on w2
About the Client: Our client is a global leader in enterprise technology, trusted by organizations worldwide to protect their people, processes, and technologies. They operate at massive scale and are building the next generation of digital marketing intelligence.
About the Role: This is not a traditional analytics role it's about decisions, not dashboards. You'll own web performance measurement for a high-traffic enterprise website, translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives how the Digital Experience team operates and performs.
What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end monitoring of traffic, conversions, and page-level performance
  • Build and maintain Adobe Analytics dashboards tied to campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives
  • Translate technical metrics into compelling narratives for leadership with a recommendation, not just a number
  • Act as an embedded analytics consultant, proactively surfacing optimization opportunities
  • Partner with UX and Digital Product teams to merge qualitative signals (heatmaps, surveys, session data) with quantitative analytics
  • Support a scalable, self-serve reporting function across the Digital Experience org
  • Manage workflow and priorities using Jira in a fast-moving agile environment
What You Need
  • 4-8 years in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or cybersecurity
  • Adobe Analytics mastery Analysis Workspace, segments, calculated metrics, fallout visualizations (demo required)
  • Proven ability to turn large datasets into simplified, actionable narratives
  • Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) non-negotiable
  • Remote-first communication skills responsive, proactive, no chasing needed
  • Self-sufficient individual contributor who drives projects from idea to completion
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points
  • ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, Amplitude, or FullStory experience
  • Adobe Experience Cloud Target, CJA, or AJO
  • Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B environments
  • UTM taxonomy or campaign tracking infrastructure experience
