Job description

We're looking for a driven, AI-first Digital Marketing Manager to help fuel cross-functional execution tied to our broader digital and growth strategy. This is a hands-on, cross-channel role: you'll contribute to paid social, paid and organic search, website and landing page updates, and jump in wherever the Marketing team needs extra hands, from content to events to product marketing. You'll use AI tools like Claude, Profound (AEO/GEO), Gong AI, Sanity, Vercel, and others daily to move faster and work smarter across the team.

It's a great fit for an early-career marketer who wants to build well-rounded digital skills in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity. You'll split your time across channels, so breadth and a willingness to learn matter more than deep expertise in any single area. We care more about hunger and curiosity than checking every box. Being a proactive self-starter is a must, we're looking for someone who brings ideas and spots opportunities on their own.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a fast-moving cybersecurity marketing team.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered Execution:

  • Use Claude daily to speed up copywriting, campaign assets, and design production across channels.
  • Track and improve AI-driven search visibility using Profound (AEO/GEO).
  • Pull insights from sales calls in Gong AI to sharpen messaging and inform content and campaigns.
  • Support website builds and updates in Sanity and Vercel.

Social (Paid):

  • Plan, create, and publish paid social campaigns across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, and Reddit, with X and Facebook as secondary channels.
  • Build and QA ad creative, copy, audiences, and targeting, and monitor spend, pacing, and performance.

Paid & Organic Search:

  • Support paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads & Bing), including setup, QA, and optimization.
  • Contribute to on-page SEO and content optimization to improve organic rankings.
  • Support search visibility across emerging AI-driven search (GEO), using Profound to monitor performance and surface opportunities.
  • Monitor keyword and campaign performance and flag opportunities to optimize.

Website & Landing Pages:

  • Help maintain, update, and QA website pages and campaign landing pages in Sanity and Vercel.
  • Partner with design and content to keep pages on-brand and conversion-focused.
  • Support testing and optimization to improve page performance and conversion.

Analytics & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Manage UTMs, tags, and tracking links to maintain clean analytics across channels.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Content to execute integrated campaigns, and flex into any area of the Marketing team as priorities shift.
  • Collaborate with design on asset requests, and help maintain and organize marketing assets, messaging, and templates.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gong AI, Canva, or similar. We'll train you on our specific stack but a willingness to brainstorm ways to improve efficiency using AI is a must.
  • Hands-on experience across two or more digital channels (e.g., social, paid search, SEO, website).
  • Some experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar). You don't need to know all of them - excitement and a willingness to learn are paramount.
  • Comfort working across channels and shifting between them as priorities change.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with website CRM and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Canva, Claude, Google AI, etc.
  • A self-starter mindset with genuine curiosity and eagerness to pick up new channels and tools.
  • A self-starter mindset: you naturally spot opportunities and bring ideas to the table, with genuine curiosity and eagerness to pick up new channels and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube, and/or Reddit (organic or paid).
  • Experience with paid search, SEO, or GEO/AEO tools like Profound.
  • Experience with website or landing page management, ideally in a CMS like Sanity.
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video and visual content.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, network security, or enterprise IT.
