Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the director ensures effective digital advocacy, content strategy, and platform innovation. The Digital Experience and Engagement (DX&E) team serves as the strategic link between enterprise-wide Activation Planning and the digital member journey. By integrating the Homepage and App experiences with detailed funnel analytics, the team transforms innovative business concepts into impactful commercial outcomes. Focused on advancing digital transformation, the team collaborates across functions to design and execute strategies that enhance digital communications and reputation management.
