Job Title: SAP Enable Now/WalkMe Consultant with Project Management Experience
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced SAP Enablement Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enable Now and preferably WalkMe to support large-scale SAP transformation and user adoption initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring a Combination Of:
• Digital adoption and training expertise
• SAP transformation experience
• Stakeholder coordination capabilities
• Basic to moderate project management experience
• This role will support both enablement activities and selected project coordination responsibilities across SAP programs.
• The resource may also assist project leadership with tracking, coordination, status reporting, workshop management, and overall delivery of governance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP Enablement & Digital Adoption
• Lead implementation and administration of SAP Enable Now solutions for enterprise SAP programs.
• Design and develop:
• Interactive simulations
• Guided learning content
• Contextual help
• Process documentation
• User training materials
• Configure and support WalkMe digital adoption platform capabilities (preferred).
• Create guided workflows, walkthroughs, smart tips, and in-app support experiences.
• Develop role-based training and onboarding strategies for SAP users.
• Align enablement content with SAP business process changes.
• Support UAT, training deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Maintain governance and standards for training content and digital adoption assets.
• Project Coordination & Management Support
Support Project Managers With:
• Status tracking
• RAID log management
• Action item follow-ups
• Meeting coordination
• Timeline tracking
• Workshop planning
• Prepare project status reports and leadership updates.
• Coordinate across business, functional, technical, and change management teams.
• Help manage deliverables, dependencies, and communication across workstreams.
• Participate in steering meetings and provide updates on enablement readiness and adoption progress.
• Assist with resource coordination and project planning activities when required.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP training, enablement, digital adoption, or SAP transformation programs.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Enable Now.
• Experience creating simulations, learning content, and guided SAP workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting project coordination or project management activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with WalkMe platform implementation and configuration.
• Experience supporting:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP TM
• SAP EWM
• SAP Supply Chain programs
• Exposure to change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
• Prior consulting or system integrator experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum, or project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working with CPG, manufacturing, or logistics organizations is a plus.
