Job description

Digital Transformation Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective project and change management is cru cia l for your client's future. You're eager to apply your experience and Navy knowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a digital transformation spe cia list, you will apply your experience supporting digital adoption and technology enablement in Navy or DoD environments to develop and implement Power Apps and Power Platform solutions. You will guide users through Power Apps and other low-code platforms, ensuring they are equipped to leverage digital tools effectively. Your written and verbal communication skills will help you gather user insights and create clear, user-focused communications, documentation, and training materials.
You will plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) , capture feedback, and support smooth deployment and user readiness. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders will ensure clear understanding and adoption. Working collaboratively, you will create and coordinate digital solutions in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities, always seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the enterprise.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting digital adoption or technology enablement in Navy or DoD environments
  • 1+ years of experience developing Power Apps or Power Platform solutions
  • Experience guiding users through low-code solutions such as Power Apps
  • Experience gathering user insights and creating clear, user-focused communications, documentation, and training materials
  • Experience planning and facilitating UAT, capturing feedback, and supporting smooth deployment and user readiness
  • Ability to communicate with and effectively translate complicated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create and coordinate digital solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with task tracking sof tware such as Micro sof t Planner, Jira, or Trello
  • Experience with SharePoint M365 development and migration
  • Experience developing and delivering virtual training events such as brown bags or lunch and learns
  • Knowledge of Power Apps canvas and model-driven architectural design principles, administration, and governance
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP or similar Program Management Certification
  • Micro sof t Power Platform Certification
  • Micro sof t M365 Administration Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
