In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Required Skill and Experience
• SAP delivery and program management experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion programs
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion concepts including Readiness Check, Simplification Items, Business Partner (CVI), Custom Code Remediation, Fiori, and Security transformation.
• Strong program governance, financial management, RAID management, and executive reporting experience
• Experience leading large global cross functional teams across onsite, offshore, client, and partner organizations.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and IT leadership.
• Experience managing client workshops, remediation/development, testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration landscapes, data migration, reconciliation, and deployment governance
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, SOX, FDA, and compliance-driven delivery environments
Preferred Skill and Experience
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with SAP RISE and SAP Cloud transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, BW/4HANA, SAC, Embedded Analytics
• Experience leading global large-scale ERP transformations.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and system integrator ecosystems within large transformation programs.
• Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile delivery models
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
