SUMMARY


The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for supporting the development, management, and optimization of First Horizon’s owned digital properties, with a primary focus on the public website. This role ensures that digital experiences are aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and customer needs. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Banking, and Digital Engineering teams, the Digital Experience Manager helps coordinate and execute digital initiatives, improve user experience, and support the integration of campaigns and content across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering a cohesive, customer-centric digital experience.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Support the day-to-day management and ongoing enhancement of the public website and owned digital properties
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute website updates, enhancements, and campaign-related digital initiatives
Partner with Brand, Content Strategy, Media, and Social teams to ensure digital experiences align with messaging, campaigns, and brand standards
Collaborate with Digital Banking and Digital Engineering teams to support the implementation of digital features and functionality
Manage content updates and publishing within the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency
Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization
Support the development and execution of improvements to user experience, navigation, and conversion paths
Ensure adherence to SEO, accessibility (ADA), and digital best practices across digital properties
Assist in coordinating testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and performance
Help maintain documentation, workflows, and processes related to digital experience management

QUALIFICATIONS


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field required
4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital experience roles
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and managing website content
Strong understanding of website structure, user experience (UX), and digital best practices
Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards
Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and interpreting performance data
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus


COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS


Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and website publishing tools
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools
Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
General understanding of digital design and development workflows
