Our company is seeking a Casting Tool and Grinder Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for properly and safely cleaning castings using grinders and blending tools to remove and blend parting lines, chill marks, ingates, and other imperfections. The operator will utilize work instructions, bench castings, and route and product information sheets to produce castings that meet customer requirements.

- Previous experience in casting grinding and blending preferred

- Shift 4:00 am to 12:30 pm

- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, bench castings, and route and product information sheets

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in castings

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
