You'll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring our line cooks have everything they need to create the fresh, flavorful meals our guests rave about. What You'll Do:
  • Prep Powerhouse: Execute all daily prep tasks with precision and speed, including chopping, slicing, dicing, peeling, and portioning a wide variety of ingredients (vegetables, fruits, meats).
  • Recipe Adherence: Follow Anna's House recipes and preparation guidelines meticulously, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
  • Stock & Organize: Keep all prep stations, coolers, and storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked, rotating ingredients to ensure freshness.
  • Support the Line: Work closely with the line cooks, anticipating their needs and ensuring a continuous flow of prepared ingredients during service.
