Senior Sales Lead - Columbus, Ohio

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Lead to join our Sales team and build relationships with the best venues and promoters.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to join the team at DICE. You’ll be accountable for driving exponential growth amongst North America’s leading venues and promoters in the USA, Canada, and future expansion into Mexico. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in wider global markets to ensure all business opportunities are maximised, with a focus on regional expansion and new partnerships.  

We know the power of live will never go away; you will be joining at a time when DICE’s legacy in the live space is coming into full force, helping our much-loved partners innovate and grow. 

We work with the best artists, promoters and venues in music and culture, like Club Space in Miami, Alexandra Palace in London, and SummerSmash in Chicago. You’ll form relationships with leading venues and promoters, helping them thrive with DICE.

The Senior Sales Lead will report to the Director of Sales, North America, and work as part of the Sales Leadership Team.

You’ll be

  • Identifying, negotiating and closing partnerships with venues and promoters.
  • Educating your network about DICE.

  • Resetting the DICE brand in the market, working with the teams on creative ways to get DICE and the teams front and centre in each market.

  • Thinking outside of the box to remain competitive and ahead of our competitors

  • Using our strategy to find new business for the team across lead generation, deal modelling, negotiation and closing.

  • Driving the strategy for expansion into new cities within existing markets.

  • Working with the Sales Operations team to fine-tune processes, systems and reports to monitor growth.
  • Working with Operations to make sure deals go smoothly.Working closely with Operations and Product to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.

Our Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
