Roles & Responsibilities:

Health is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join the Manufacturer Contract Information System (MCIS) team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to contract entries and conducting both qualitative and quantitative reviews of contracts negotiated by the Trade Relations team.
- Enter contracts and bids into the MCIS database
- Own and deliver reporting to internal and external business partners
- Collaborate with Trade Relations on contract or bid-related inquiries
- Perform quality assurance checks on contract and bid entries
- Conduct financial analysis of manufacturer contracts
- Support MCIS-related Extreme Programming (XP) projects
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MCIS enhancements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of ad-hoc reporting
- Train others on MCIS functionality
- Provide MCIS demonstrations to non-users as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with Trade Relations and other partner teams
Top 3 Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum 1 year of professional work experience
- Minimum 1 year of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Location Preferences:
Preferred: Candidates located in the Chicagoland area; Potential for monthly onsite meetings
