Diamond Path Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our skilled team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.
  • Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage regularly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients, attending case reviews and team meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and client trust.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications
