Job Description
Serve up festive flavors at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this holiday season! We're looking for energetic, fun-loving team players to join our Concessions Team during Christmas at the Princess.

This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Fresh Kettle Corn, Donuts, Roasted Nuts
  • Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
  • Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous lounge experience preferred
  • Arizona Liquor Server Certification
  • Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
  • Previous point of sale system experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
