We're hiring: HR Operations Manager โ€” Brooksville, FL


Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) is looking for a hands-on HR Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our HR shop: full-cycle payroll in ADP, HRIS, benefits, compliance, and employee records. This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) with real ownership over how HR operations run as we grow.


What you'll own:

๐Ÿ”น Full-cycle payroll processing in ADP

๐Ÿ”น HRIS administration and data accuracy

๐Ÿ”น Benefits enrollment and vendor coordination

๐Ÿ”น Compliance with FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, I-9

๐Ÿ”น Onboarding/offboarding, policies, and employee records

๐Ÿ”น Process improvements that cut admin burden


What you bring:

โœ… Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

โœ… 5+ years progressive HR operations experience

โœ… Hands-on payroll experience (ADP strongly preferred)

โœ… Strong Excel and data skills

โœ… PHR/SHRM-CP or similar cert a plus
