• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet their unique needs.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, group therapy, couple's therapy, and family counseling, ensuring evidence-based practices align with client goals.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to address specific issues faced by clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, leveraging Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.
• Participate in regular workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current with the latest trends and findings in mental health research.

As a member of Diamond Path Counseling, you will cater to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families, who often experience difficulties accessing traditional mental health resources. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Familiarity with EMR software and virtual counseling technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity.
