Diamond Path Counseling is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote role allows you to utilize your skills to provide high-quality mental health care and support to diverse client populations, promoting wellness and recovery through individualized therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in personal and professional development opportunities by attending conferences, training sessions, and representing the agency at relevant meetings and task forces.
  • Upholding the values and principles of the agency in all aspects of work while performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with mental health concerns, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from acquired brain injuries. Your role is pivotal in addressing their unique challenges and supporting their journey toward health and wellness.

Qualifications

The minimum requirements for this position include:

  • A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.
  • An Independent LMHC License in Massachusetts or the willingness to obtain licensure upon hire, with associated costs covered by Diamond Path Counseling.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, applicants with experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health treatment modalities, and collaborative programming will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling is highly advantageous.
