Job description

Provides consumer, commercial, residential mortgage loans, in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures. Performs collection services on delinquent accounts.• Interviews loan applicants and orders credit reports. Requests specific information for loan application. • Analyzes and assesses applicant's financial status, credit and property to determine feasibility of granting loan. Structures sound and profitable loans. Assures loans are properly closed and collateral is perfected.
  • Educated in business, finance or related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in a financial institution or loan setting.
  • Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, and all pertinent banking regulations.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
  • Good cross selling, management and organizational skills.

Criminal and credit background search required prior to hire.
