  • Deliver 98%+ on-time across Ann Arbor, Allen Park, Sterling Heights, and Grosse Pointe
  • Maintain 99.5%+ damage-free, accurate deliveries verified at hand-off
  • Earn consistent positive guest feedback, repeat requests, and appropriate upsells through product knowledge
  • Maintain zero safety or traffic violations and pass vehicle cleanliness and organization checks
  • Hit strong attendance and punctuality targets (e.g., 95%+ on-time starts)
  • Improve route efficiency by 5-10% over time without sacrificing safety

What You Will Do
  • Organize and load orders using checklists to protect product quality
  • Deliver orders safely and on time using GPS and routing tools
  • Verify completeness and accuracy before and after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow traffic laws and brand safety standards; report incidents promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and complete pre- and post-shift checks
  • Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes with warmth, professionalism, and guest-first service
  • Communicate product knowledge, promotions, and guest feedback to the bakery team
  • Support light community marketing during deliveries as directed

  • Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
