What does a diabetes program coordinator do?

A Diabetes Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing diabetes education and care programs within healthcare settings. They work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide education on diabetes management, healthy lifestyle changes, and self-care skills.
