This provider will deliver comprehensive endocrine care, managing a wide range of conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases. Join a collaborative, patient-centered team committed to improving community health through evidence-based care and innovation.ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient endocrinology care to adult patientsDiagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary careInterpret diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and hormone studiesEducate patients on disease management and preventive careCollaborate with primary care providers and specialistsParticipate in quality improvement and value-based care initiativesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic MedicineBoard Certified or Board Eligible in EndocrinologyLicensed or eligible for medical licensure in VirginiaCompletion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship programCurrent DEA licenseLicensure & Regulatory RequirementsEligible for Virginia licensure at time of hireDEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)BLS certification requiredPreferred QualificationsPrior clinical experience in endocrinology practice preferredInterest in diabetes management and patient education programsExperience with insulin pumps, CGM technology, and advanced diabetes therapiesStrong interest in population health and value-based careHighlightsFull-time opportunityCompetitive base compensation with productivity incentivesValue-Based Performance Incentive)Comprehensive health benefits and retirement packageGenerous Physician Time OffMalpractice coverage providedCME allowancePlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
