Level2 is a digital health company focused on helping individuals manage and improve their Type 2 Diabetes through a combination of technology, personalized coaching, and clinical care.

Level2 Offers:

  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM): Real-time insights into how the body responds to food, activity, stress, and sleep
  • Personalized Guidance: Tailored recommendations based on CGM data to support sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Virtual Care Team: A collaborative team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, coaches, and registered dietitians
  • Digital Tools: App-based platform for tracking progress, communicating with care teams, and receiving daily action steps
  • Program Goal: Lower A1C, reduce or eliminate medications, and promote a healthier lifestyle

The Lifestyle Coach reports to the Coaching Team Lead and manages a roster of approximately 450 active participants with Type 2 Diabetes through telephonic and chat communication. This certified professional supports sustainable health and wellness behavior change through member-centric coaching, aligned with the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) scope of practice.

Lifestyle Coaches serve as the primary point of contact for members, guiding them through meaningful lifestyle changes and coordinating care with Registered Dietitians, Nurses, and Providers as needed.

*** Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST (3 days/week) and 11:00 am-7:00 pm CST (2 days /week)***

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured coaching sessions via phone, chat, and group formats
  • Tailor sessions based on member tenure, Time in Range (TIR), and Stage of Change
  • Apply motivational interviewing, active listening, and behavior change techniques
  • Help members identify strengths, resources, and barriers
  • Guide goal-setting using realistic, measurable, and meaningful health outcomes
  • Conduct 15-30 minute telephonic coaching sessions using evidence-based information

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) or working on attaining it
  • 1 years of coaching/behavior change experience with proven results
  • Experience working with groups and individuals virtually (telephonic, etc.)
  • Experience working in healthcare environment regulated by HIPAA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional professional certifications in health/wellness
  • Proven background in health and wellness
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communications skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
