We are looking for a motivated DHS Portfolio and Growth Director to join the Corporate Leadership team to deliver and grow account footprint. Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide leadership to multiple teams within a DHS portfolio of several programs delivering IT services and management consulting capabilities
  • Successfully manage targeted project/portfolio profit and loss while maintaining client satisfaction and partner relationships
  • Lead execution of overall account strategy; identify new clients, manage, and establish key client and partner relationships as well as identify and pursue large DHS/ Law Enforcement opportunities.
  • Create Technology Innovation capabilities for use within the DHS and Law Enforcement portfolio and across the company leveraging practice leads, SMEs, and other technical personnel
  • Lead AVER efforts in executing the Law Enforcement account strategic plan
  • Play a key role in leading growth activities within a defined program and account space
  • Develop and support strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities
  • Attend and engage in conferences and industry events

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; master's degree desired
  • Professional (PMP) certification desired

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with portfolio and P&L management, delivering and selling in the federal market with 5+ years of program management experience in DHS and/or adjacent law enforcement agency. DHS delivery experience is an absolute must
  • Experience with strategic planning, capture management, and teaming
  • Experience leading IT Transformation/Modernization programs
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and develop new business growth pipeline across a portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients in target accounts
