Job Description

BryceTech is seeking aย Program Analyst IIIย to support the Integration Office within a federal CBRND program. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys keeping teams organized, supporting leadership, and helping programs run smoothly.

You'll work closely with program leads and stakeholders to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily program operations by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and update briefings, reports, and other materials for leadership
  • Coordinate meetings and working groups (scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-ups)
  • Track action items and help ensure timely completion
  • Maintain program documentation, including trackers, status reports, and SharePoint content
  • Communicate updates, risks, and issues to team members and stakeholders
  • Assist with organizing and reviewing program documents, policies, and guidance
  • Support coordination across teams to keep efforts aligned and information flowing
  • Help identify and improve simple processes to increase team efficiency
Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2-5 years of experience in program support, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced government environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing briefings or reports (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
