Required Experience

  • Eight years of related experience supporting government agencies.
  • Must be able to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.


Salary:

$110,000-170,000


The final base salary offered within this range will depend on a variety of objective factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized technical skills, education, certifications, and geographic work location. Our internal pay structure is designed to allow placement across the range based on candidate qualifications relative to internal peer equity. In addition to base salary, candidates possessing an active, verifiable security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) may be eligible for a government clearance differential or specialized premium pay. Final compensation placement is determined by clearance level, polygraph status, and contract-specific customer requirements. This position is eligible for performance bonuses, sign-on incentives, and comprehensive benefits. The advertised range represents the good-faith anticipated hiring range for this specific vacancy and does not represent SANCORP’s complete internal compensation band, proposed contract labor rate, billing rate, or total cost to the Government.

 

Responsibilities:

 

SANCORP is seeking a Project Manager to support the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) International Affairs Support Services contract. The objective is to obtain subject matter experts to advise and assist the Government in effective execution of mission support services. The following are examples of responsibilities: 


  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and maintenance efforts.
  • Consult with clients to define needs or problems.
  • Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to the contract.
  • Maintain availability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during core business hours (0830-1730 EST) and respond to requests within four hours. 
  • Ensure successful delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, and Staffing Plans.
