Job description

One Federal Solution provides cybersecurity policy expertise by advising Government leadership, analyzing Federal and DHS cybersecurity guidance, and translating requirements into actionable security plans. Our team supports cloud and on-premises security governance while ensuring effective communication, compliance, and collaboration with technical and Government stakeholders.

Senior Security Governance and Policy Analyst

  • Serve as a principal security policy advisor to the I&A CISO.
  • Analyze Federal, DHS, and Intelligence Community cybersecurity policy and guidance.
  • Translate cybersecurity policy and guidance into implementable plans and oversee execution of those plans.
  • Support cloud and on-premise security governance and policy implementation.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication to Government stakeholders and technical teams.

Senior Security Governance and Policy Analyst

  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity projects for projects of similar size and scope.
  • Knowledge of Federal, DHS, and IC cybersecurity policy and guidance.
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Experience translating policy into executable plans and overseeing plan execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desired: CISSP or CISM certification in good standing at award and throughout the period of performance.
