Job description

This is a contingent position based upon customer approval.

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support a DHS contract. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
  • Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Must have a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE (DHS OR SECRET DOD PREFERRED) AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A DHS PUBLIC TRUST.
  • Experience developing and maintaining advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts. Knowledge limited to OOTB configurations will not be sufficient, all projects include a strong degree of customization to meet customer needs.
  • Strong Javascript abilities (this will be tested during the interview process).
  • Must have experience configuring, customizing and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills during the interview process and be able to actively engage in team meetings and chats by contributing ideas, asking questions, and providing feedback.
  • Familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams.
  • Must be able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred
  • Service Portal experience and strong experience in widget customization.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $100,000-$124,000
