Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via video chat, adhering to ethical standards and compassionate care.
• Employing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each individual client, helping them navigate their personal challenges.
• Developing comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that align with specific mental health needs.
• Facilitating client self-discovery by driving insights regarding their experiences, feelings, and relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

A successful candidate for this position will possess:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and full licensing to practice independently without supervision, specifically as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses and a record clear of any disciplinary action.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills paired with a genuine, empathetic demeanor.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy to navigate our systems effectively.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, candidates with additional experience, professional certifications, or specialized training in specific therapeutic methodologies will be viewed favorably.
