Scrum Master Position

Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in the healthcare domain.

Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.

Hands-on experience in PI Planning and program-level coordination.

Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile metrics, and delivery governance.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced CSM certification is mandatory.

Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Strong experience removing impediments, managing risks, and enabling smooth sprint execution.

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience serving as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a healthcare environment.

Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Architects, and Stakeholders.

Experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health.

Experience in regulated environments with HIPAA compliance awareness is a plus.

Experience with healthcare systems such as claims, enrollment, member, and provider workflows is a plus.

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a healthcare environment.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Lead and actively support PI Planning, including preparation, dependency management, risk identification, and follow-through.

Coach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

Remove impediments, manage risks, and enable smooth sprint execution.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Architects, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals.

Track and report Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health.

Support program-level coordination across teams and stakeholders.

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is preferred.

Additional Agile or Lean certifications are a plus.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

DevOps exposure including CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
