Job Summary

We are seeking a Operations Project Manager to join our Professional Services Operations team. This role is ideal for a customer-facing Project Manager who is eager to transition into a centralized PMO / Operations role with broad organizational impact. In this position, you will support and enforce company-wide standards for project execution, documentation, reporting, and implementation governance across a global Professional Services organization. You will work closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Leaders, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across 300+ active projects worldwide. This is a newly created role with a unique opportunity to shape processes, influence leadership, and drive operational maturity at a global scale.


Key Responsibilities

Project Status & Portfolio Monitoring

· Review all project portfolios in Asana and participate in Service Ops Sync meetings

· Facilitate twice-weekly reviews with the Operations Manager to validate findings

· Follow up on confirmed discrepancies to ensure timely correction and documentation

· Coordinate weekly with leadership to ensure all project boards remain current

· Schedule and follow up on “Open Project Reviews” for overdue projects

Global Operational Watchlist & Reporting

· Maintain and continuously calibrate a centralized Global Operational Risk Watchlist

· Track issue themes, trends, and changes across portfolios

· Draft the monthly Global Operational Watch Report and submit to PS Operations leadership

· Send License recognitions from quarterly deliverables spreadsheet

PSO Jira Ticket Ownership

· Create and manage PSO Jira tickets based on operational roadmap priorities, observed gaps, and leadership requests

· Triage incoming Jira requests from Professional Services stakeholders

· Track tickets through resolution in coordination with supporting teams

Training & Onboarding Support

· Deliver onboarding training sessions related to Professional Services Operations responsibilities

· Update training materials based on validated process changes and feedback

· Support continuous improvement of the PM onboarding experience


Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations Management, or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Implementation, or a related role

· Experience working within a PMO or centralized Professional Services organization

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide direct feedback to global professionals and leadership

· Hands-on experience with project documentation and operational reporting

· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn project lifecycles, assess risk, and evaluate project health against defined standards


Preferred Qualifications

· PMP certification strongly preferred

· Experience with Asana and/or Atlassian Suite (certifications a plus)
