This is a newly created role supporting a growing operation and offers a clear path toward advancement into Quality Management as the organization continues to expand.

What You'll Do- Lead customer quality investigations, complaints, and corrective actions
- Drive root cause analysis using tools such as CAPA, 5 Why, SPC, and Fishbone
- Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and process performance
- Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, compliance activities, and quality system effectiveness
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and the manufacturing team
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with customer complaints, audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis
- Strong data analysis and continuous improvement skills
- Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications are a plus
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
