IT Engineer
(Onsite - Las Vegas, NV)

Infrastructure โ€ข DevOps โ€ข Virtualization โ€ข Security โ€ข Azure โ€ข VMware โ€ข AI-Driven Automation
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Full onsite - no remote)
This is a hybrid role combining infrastructure/systems engineering, DevOps automation, and networking/security. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and broad technical ownership - not a narrow silo.
Why This Role Matters
You'll be part of a small, sharp IT team responsible for keeping a fast-moving game studio running. This isn't a ticket-pushing job it's a hands-on engineering role where you'll shape infrastructure, build automation, and directly impact how quickly new products ship.
We're looking for someone who loves solving complex problems, enjoys new tech, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
What You'll Own (The Highlights)
1. DevOps & Automation (CI/CD, Environments, Tooling)
  • Build and maintain automation across the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage and refresh Dev/Test environments (patching, OS health, re-provisioning).
  • Maintain CI/CD integrations (GitHub, Jira) for build, test, deploy.
  • Improve toolchains and introduce new automation where it accelerates development.
  • Use AI tools where possible to streamline operations and monitoring.
2. Network & Security Administration
  • Manage wireless networks, switches/routers, and mobile devices.
  • Support network segmentation, routing, VLANs, and performance tuning.
  • Administer next-gen firewalls (filtering, threat prevention, IPSec, SSL decryption).
  • Oversee endpoint security and physical security technologies.
  • Support disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
3. Servers, Virtualization, & Cloud (Core of the Role)
  • Administer VMware vSphere environments, Windows/Linux servers, and storage.
  • Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and identity services.
  • Maintain server health, backups, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive) & Azure services (VMs, Files, EntraID, Conditional Access).
  • Support external test/development environments.
4. Databases & Analytics
  • Administer SQL Server backups, monitoring, and performance basics.
  • Manage integrations with Azure Application Insights.
5. End-User Systems
  • Deploy and image workstations (Windows/Mac/Linux).
  • Configure employee access (AD, file shares, O365).
  • Maintain mobile devices and printers.
6. Admin / Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware/software.
  • Keep documentation and IT policies up to date.

What You Bring
Core Required Skills
  • VMware vSphere 7/8, ESXi, server/storage experience
  • Active Directory (2012+), DNS, DHCP, GPO
  • Azure administration (VMs, Conditional Access, M365)
  • Networking fundamentals: Cisco/Dell/Juniper + next-gen firewalls
  • Endpoint security management
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Windows 11, macOS, Linux
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • GitHub CI/CD
  • Docker or Kubernetes
  • SQL Server admin
  • Azure Insights, Power BI
  • AI-based automation tools
  • Microsoft AI Foundry
  • DevOps toolchain experience (Git, Jira)

Who Thrives Here
This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Enjoys a mix of DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, and security
  • Loves hands-on engineering (not just watching dashboards)
  • Learns quickly and enjoys exploring new tools & AI automation
  • Communicates well across teams
  • Wants to be part of a creative studio culture where ideas grow fast
