Position Title: DevOps Engineer (Senior)

Location: Redstone Arsenal

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, automation, and sustainment of missionโ€‘critical systems in a secure environment. This role focuses on containerized deployments, CI/CD pipeline development, and automation across Windows and Linux platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub
  • Develop and support containerized deployments across enterprise environments
  • Automate application and infrastructure deployments across Windows and Linux systems
  • Support and optimize container orchestration platforms; Kubernetes experience preferred
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment issues
  • Document DevOps processes, standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of DevOps, systems engineering, or related experience
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with container deployment technologies
  • Strong experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub
  • Experience automating deployments across Windows and Linux environments
  • Active Top Secret security clearance (required at time of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal programs
  • Familiarity with secure or classified development environments
Culture Requirements
  • Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and selfโ€‘organized. We place a lot of trust in our team members to develop technical solutions for illโ€‘defined problems (i.e. thrive in an environment where the problem is vague, requirements are lacking, and a solution is not obvious). We need problem solvers.
  • We want our team members to be selfโ€‘motivated and eager to learn new skills. If you consider yourself a jackโ€‘ofโ€‘allโ€‘trades, and are eager to keep up with the latest trends in technology, youโ€™ll fit right in.
