Our team and what we'll accomplish together

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to manage and maintain critical automation systems, including portal bot operations, SQL-driven database management, document conversion processes using Altair

Monarch, and electronic loading of claim data document conversion processes, and electronic loading of claim data. Leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall business productivity. This role is integral to our operational efficiency, handling high-volume automated document processing and system configurations.

What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain portal bot automation systems using Typescript and Node.js
  • Manage and optimize Monarch setup configurations for document conversion
  • Design and troubleshoot advanced Monarch conversion rules for complex document formats
  • Oversee automated claim backup retrieval processes
  • Maintain and update browser automation scripts using Selenium and Playwright
  • Configure and manage 2FA integration systems
  • Handle daily automated processing of thousands of documents
  • Manage PostgreSQL database operations for tracking and status updates
  • Monitor and maintain queue service operations
  • Work within JIRA and track all time worked daily
  • Create machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and automate tasks.
  • Identify bottlenecks and deploy AI-driven applications to streamline processes.
  • Daily observation and monitoring of automation. Set-ups are subject to change with no notice and require immediate tweaks to ensure the process is working properly.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting

Work Schedule
