Job Description

Role: Microsoft Developer

Job Summary: As a member of the IKO ERP Development team, the Microsoft Developer will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using X++ in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as extensions in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves analysis, coding, debugging, and supporting the global instances of both Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central.

The position requires a strong understanding of both the project lifecycle and the software development lifecycle. The developer will collaborate closely with crossfunctional technology teams, Business Analysts, end users, and IT project leadership to ensure that key business requirements are delivered on time and with high quality.

Compensation: $84k - $97k

This salary range applies to roles based in Canada and is provided in accordance with local pay transparency requirements.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

  • Building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
  • DevelopPower Automate flowsfor approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation.
  • Implementbusiness rules, validations, and workflow automation.
  • Perform analysis and effort estimates for the development tasks and projects.
  • Coordination and testing of interfaces with external systems.
  • Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and respond to development requests and issues logged onto the Service Desk.
  • Coordinate with the external vendors for logging and reporting issues.
  • Manage extension deployment acrosssandbox and production environments.
  • Deploy solutions usingAzure DevOps pipelinesand managed solutions.
  • Create and extendForms, Tables, Data Entities, and Reports (SSRS).
  • Develop and maintainAL extensionsfor Business Central.
  • Support integrations usingOData, REST APIs, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Developextensionsfollowing Microsoft best practices (no over-layering).
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and existing systems
  • Develop and configure D365 BC/F&O applications to meet business needs.
  • Develop and support Jet Reports for BI and data analytics
  • Collaborate with functional teams to implement stable and scalable solutions.
  • Review of requirements and development proposals

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

  • 5+ years of experience inDynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
  • Experience working inenterprise or global ERP environments.

  • Exposure toERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.

Strong experience with:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++)
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL)
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

Experience with:
